Hello
and welcome to the Clear Blue Pools website. My name is Dave, and I run the business.
I come from an extensive leisure industry background, and I have worked
with swimming pools for over 7 years. I started the business to answer
a call for a personalised service for pool and hot tub/spa owners in
the local areas. After working professionally in the wet leisure
sector, I decided to go freelance and start my own business, and am now in my third year of trading. My aim is
to provide a comprehensive and highly personalised service for existing pool owners and
managers with an emphasis on respect for property, equipment, and people alike. I have always enjoyed working in the industry, and working with pools/hot tubs and the people who run them has become my passion. I am fully ISRM* Pool Plant qualified and registered with RoPPPs*. In addition, I also hold a current ISRM National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. I have worked as a lifeguard and first aider, and I have rescue experience; this has given me a unique standpoint on swimming pool usage, with exceptional Health and Safety knowledge. I am fully versed with PWTAG* and HSE* standards on swimming pool usage and operation. During my time in the leisure industry I have encountered almost every situation which a pool could present.
